Thank goodness! I had a banner weekend this time around. I only got sick on Friday and Saturday! Yay! I had all of Sunday off (although I was recuperating - tossing cookies seriously hurts the ribs) and I wasn't sick this morning when I woke up! Yay! Someone is praying for me and THAT is cool.

On a lighter note, I'm thinking of growing out the hair again...summer will be here soon and I simply must have the makings of a good pony tail. Plus, if Casey will help me, I'll maybe put some streaks in it! Last summer it lightened on it's own and then Casey helped me lighten it even more...perhaps we'll have a repeat.

I really want to go to Creation Northwest this summer. I planned on going last summer but it didn't work out. I'm jonesin' for it. Somehow I'll work it out. I'll pack a cooler with grub, pack one cooler with ice only, pack 400 gallons of water (maybe less) and take the truck up to the Gorge...unless I get a new car...or a newer than mine car. Anybody wanna come with?

I bought a computer desk last week and last night around 12:30 I got a bee in my bonnet to try and put it together. The stupid directions were wrong and said to put this one screw into an insert that was too small. I tried another screw and it fit. Stupid thing. So now the big screw is stuck in the insert and the insert came out of the wood! I'll have to beat it into submission tonight so it works.

I got 3 hours of sleep last night and now I'm a little bonkers...it's called TYPER. So tired you're hyper. If it's the opposite, so hyper that it makes you tired, it's called HIRED.

Hmmm. I gotta pee. Last night I also got some good information. Y'know how when you're feeling a little insecure about goofy stuff and you just need one person to tell you something good? I got some "good" last night.

A rainbow colored, abscessed, monster of a thing.

Originally started October 2018. Gosh, I've needed to write for such a long time. I can't even get into journaling for some reason. I don't even care if anyone reads this, that's not the point... I just need to talk - unhindered and unfettered - talk. Y'know how when you get a splinter under your fingernail and you can see the thing so you know it's there? So you get your extraction tools: fingernail clippers, tweezers, maybe a sewing needle or push pin, if you're my dad you get a pocket knife... if you're over 35 you get your reading glasses... you get peroxide or rubbing alcohol... everything you need and then you go in for minor surgery. August 23, 2007 - Thursday On Again Off Again Current mood: tired Category: Life If I believed in astrology I would make some kind of comment about how today the moon must have been in the 6th house and Saturn was surely aligning with Pluto because why else would my day have felt so "off" and ended up with me in tears? After all, any true music proficionado would know that an ON day would consist of the moon being in the SEVENTH house and JUPITER aligning with MARS... A.K.A. the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius. I do not, however, believe in astrology. I am most certainly a fan of the 5th Dimension (Marilyn McCoo was so foxy back in the day!) but I'm not a fan of crediting or blaming my "off" days on the alignment...
