Spring Break 2007: Day 5, First Attempt

Wow, I must have really been bored with myself yesterday, I didn't even do a pm blog! NOT! LOL. My computer was acting up - or was it my Internet connection? I don't know. I wasn't able to post, though. I didn't do anything cool last night. I went out to my bro's to do some accounting work and then came back home around 10 pm or so. My headache did finally go away, I had to partake of some libations to make it disappear...YES! I do mean alcoholic beverages! My doctor said that since my normal headache medicine is messing with my stomach due to gallbladder issues, I could try wine or something along those lines. I had a glass and within 30 minutes I was doing much better. I didn't go to bed until 1 am or so, however, because I was really warm for some reason. LOL.

Today I'm gearing up for school to be back in session. I'm taking a break at work right now as I type. So much to do, so little time. I'm stoked to be back in a scheduled situation. The break was GOOOOOOOOOD but there's something to be said about getting to be around people you love, and I love my students.

Okay, that's enough for now. I did get to sleep in, I showered and used my yummy pink grapefruit lotion from Bath and Body because it's SPRING! I also dragged out a pair of short pants (capris) and flip flops! Flowers are out (my myspace background is a picture of real live Oregon Cherry Blossoms) birds are chirping, I'm sneezing up a storm and in my head I'm singin, "Hear comes the sun, doodn doo doo, here comes the sun, and I say, 'It's all right.' Doo doodn doo doodn doo doo."

Now I just need a tan.

God is good!!!!!!!!!

A rainbow colored, abscessed, monster of a thing.

Originally started October 2018. Gosh, I've needed to write for such a long time. I can't even get into journaling for some reason. I don't even care if anyone reads this, that's not the point... I just need to talk - unhindered and unfettered - talk. Y'know how when you get a splinter under your fingernail and you can see the thing so you know it's there? So you get your extraction tools: fingernail clippers, tweezers, maybe a sewing needle or push pin, if you're my dad you get a pocket knife... if you're over 35 you get your reading glasses... you get peroxide or rubbing alcohol... everything you need and then you go in for minor surgery. August 23, 2007 - Thursday On Again Off Again Current mood: tired Category: Life If I believed in astrology I would make some kind of comment about how today the moon must have been in the 6th house and Saturn was surely aligning with Pluto because why else would my day have felt so "off" and ended up with me in tears? After all, any true music proficionado would know that an ON day would consist of the moon being in the SEVENTH house and JUPITER aligning with MARS... A.K.A. the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius. I do not, however, believe in astrology. I am most certainly a fan of the 5th Dimension (Marilyn McCoo was so foxy back in the day!) but I'm not a fan of crediting or blaming my "off" days on the alignment...
